Tool Hub & Community Marketplace

The Tool Hub is an integrated online registry where users can browse, discover, and install community-verified skills, MCP servers, and automation plugins with a single click.

1. Browsing the Catalog​

  1. Navigate to Tools β†’ Tool Hub in the left sidebar.
  2. Filter tools by category:
    • 🌐 Web & Search (Tavily, Brave Search, Puppeteer)
    • πŸ“ Files & Data Analysis (Pandas Runner, PDF Parser, CSV Analyzer)
    • πŸ’» DevOps & Cloud (Kubernetes, AWS CLI, Docker Manager, Git Automation)
    • πŸ’¬ Messaging & Social (Twitter/X Poster, Reddit Scraper, Telegram Notify)
    • πŸ”’ Security & Cryptography (Vulnerability Scanner, Certificate Checker)
  3. Use the search bar to find tools by name, author, or keyword tags.

2. 1-Click Installation​

  1. Click on any catalog entry (e.g., Tavily AI Search).
  2. Review the tool description, required API keys, execution permissions, and parameter schemas.
  3. Click the yellow Install Skill button.
  4. If the skill requires credentials (e.g., TAVILY_API_KEY), a prompt will ask for the key and store it securely in the encrypted Vault.
  5. ActonOS downloads the package into /data/skills/<slug>/ and registers its functions immediately.

3. Managing & Uninstalling Skills​

  • Toggle Enable/Disable: Temporarily disable a skill without removing its configuration.
  • Uninstall: Click Uninstall to cleanly delete the skill folder and its associated Vault keys.
